Sara Syfert, Agent

Sara has a well rounded and diverse background that makes her a unique agent and asset to our team.  Prior to starting at Leading Edge Crop Solutions, Sara worked as a Claims Supervisor for Rain and Hail as well as a Financial Officer and Insurance Officer at Farm Credit Services of America.  Her professional work experiences have given her exposure to a variety of situations over her career that are unlike most crop insurance agents in the industry. She has an MBA as well as Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University, and has had her crop insurance license since 2008.

Mike Johnson, Owner/Agent 

Mike is the founder of Leading Edge Crop Solutions.  His crop insurance roots run deep in service and sound policy knowledge.  Prior to starting Leading Edge Crop Solutions, Mike worked as an Insurance Specialist for Farm Credit Services of America and a Division Sales Manager for John Deere Insurance Company.
