Moisture Adjustment and Pack Factor Explanation

The charts are taken from RMA's Corn and Soybean Loss Adjustment Standards Handbook.

Moisture adjustments are necessary when corn exceeds 15% moisture and when beans are greater than 13% moisture.  

Pack factors are used for bushels stored in a bin to more accurately determine production.
